Blahhh, A real nasty. I Remember when I used to read the Washington Post regularly at lunch over at the NSA Big Green Ice Cube building (which I also knew along with COUNTLESS other engineers was a CRIMINALLY stupid approach to telint security). I had a debate or two with my colleuge and then rival (an INTP) Drew over it's objectivity on American social affairs. He held that one of their in depth story arcs detailing SOME of the details about a bereft young individual who walked along with the State apportioner of services could be interpreted in either way, as an advocate for the service apportioner or a accuser of such. I reservedly disagreed with him, holding that the volume of attention given to the plight of the individual QUITE demonstrated their advocacy of the service apportioner. I should have used a proposed article arc of the design, manufacture and sale of GM cars with all their plusses and minuses as a counter example at the time as that was generally my favorite form of argument.

I have had an opportunity to watch the Washington Post try to emerge from power cultural obscurity but have not seen them make much progress. Now let's enter the realm of obnoxious fantasy, as if anyone would actually lower themselves to doing anything this rude... Let a party sue you OR sue a party over some disputed matter that has a cult like following in favor of one party's side of the issue, or both for that matter. Complete and Total Disclosure, I and many of my near cohorts stand to benefit ENORMOUSLY from this abusive technique, SO MUCH SO that I beg of them and pray to G_d AND I MEAN THAT that they hold off on said exploitation until the weakest party's get the lion's share of the overtly manifest protection here... Then let the friend of the court briefs fly, and yes, they can be initiated by either involved party. May G_d have mercy.
